It's been a busy year for Kill the Pig Productions! Our 72 Hour Shootout short film Case File 69 won Best Screenwriter and also screened at the Time Warner Center in New York City as part of a discussion on race in media (See me as a panelist). And our film Wedlocked screened at the Philadelphia Asian American Film Festival, the California Women's Film Festival and the HollyShorts Monthly Screenings.

But now these two shorts are going to screen at the same festival on the same day! The Asians On Film Festival will feature Case File 69 at the 5pm screening on March 27th, 2015, followed by the Opening Night Red Carpet. Afterwards, Wedlocked will be featured at the 7:30pm screening.

Last night, Wedlocked screened at the legendary Chinese Theatre as part of the Hollyshorts Monthly Screenings. The house was packed and the audience reaction was more than we could ask for. Well, I suppose we could ask for the audience award too, but we'll have to wait and see...

As an homage to Valentine's Day last week, my good friend Pip (season 2 of NBC's The Voice) decided to cover a MAROON 5 song and throw together a cool and creepy music video. Congratulations Pip, it looks awesome!

It's #flashbackfriday and what's more appropriate than an embarrassing thrash down memory lane? Especially with my Canadian high school metal band circa 2006. For me there are many things to love and hate about this video. One thing I love is the pen-drawn tattoo sleeve.
